I am a passionate consultant and coach who has been a board-certified behavior analyst for over 13 years in my home state of New Hampshire.  Whether in person or via telehealth, I work closely with all team members from the teachers and school personnel to the administrators and school leadership to support their own goals, their goals for their students, goals for their schools, and for their community. 

I am a lifelong learner who strives to bring up-to-date, best-practice strategies and initiatives to my collaborative work with others. I have seen firsthand how powerful and effective change can be made when we apply evidence-based methods and the behavioral science of ABA to leading, teaching, and learning. I get a lot of jazz from training others, public speaking, and making things feel simpler! 

I believe that to improve the climate and culture of our schools as well as outcomes for our students, we need to empower our school leaders and educators to do great things.  And we can do great things.
